No. Sustainext does not offer Remote work to any of its employees. We believe in Teamwork, and this can only be achieved by working from an office environment. We highly recommend applying for roles at Sustainext only if you are planning to work out of the office as no exceptions will be made.

There are usually 4 rounds of interviews, and we expect the entire process to take anywhere between 5 to 7 Business days from start to finish.

Yes, absolutely. We ensure that detailed feedback is provided to you by the Recruitment team either via phone or email. You can expect to receive feedback within 5 to 7 days post the interview.

Yes, we do offer Paid Internships and organize training programs at various Colleges / Universities. If you would like to apply for an internship or any of our Training Programs, please feel free to write to us directly at

Yes. You can login to your Candidate Portal and update your Profile at any time. You will also be able to add / delete documents on the portal and update your resume / cv.

Yes. You can reapply for the same position after 3 months. We understand that there can be several factors for not clearing the interview the first time around and based on the feedback you receive, we would absolutely welcome an opportunity to interview again.

No. There are no mandatory requirements for any of the roles at any of our locations. We believe in hiring the best talent and there are no pre-qualification requirements for this. We want you to be comfortable throughout the recruitment process and perform at your best.

We do not encourage any employee to Moonlight during working hours and have very stringent policies against such malpractices. Moonlighting can lead to instant termination therefore if any employee wants to pursue another career / job outside their official working hours with Sustainext, we would ask that they seek formal consent from the Sustainext HR and Management Teams and only then enter into any contract to avoid any potential consequences.
