Identifying a massive gap in the Sustainability sector, Chetan Co-Founded Sustainext to simplify Sustainability through his Technology Expertise by implementing various Digital Tools and create a Global Platform to address Sustainability needs around Environment, Social and Governance.

As Co-Founder and CEO at Sustainext, he manages Corporate Planning, Strategic Alliances, Tactical Market Planning, Key Partnership Development and Organizational Restructuring. He also oversees the Service Delivery Operations and works closely with the various Horizontal and Vertical Business Function Heads to ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.

Sandeep is a co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in Sustainext. He has been working within the development and carbon sector, including climate finance, community-based projects, and low carbon social development projects such as sustainable agriculture, social forestry, coastal resilience, clean cooking, clean air, drinking water, rural energy access, and waste management, in Asia & Africa. He has recently launched a climate change impact fund to invest in start-ups related to climate solutions. He also works as an advisor to the private sector in the region with issues related to corporate sustainability and its relation to community impacts and action.

He is on the board of numerous non-profits working on climate-related projects including Planting on Demand, Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation & Environment Protection Centre Nepal. Sandeep has over 19 years of industry experience, has a degree in Electronics, and is a Salzburg Global Fellow. He is also a director at “Carbon Initiative Forum”, a non-profit working on climate policy awareness for the youth and currently serves on the executive board of the International Carbon Reduction Alliance (ICROA) and the Centre for Governance and Ethics (CEGET) of the UN global compact.

Ajay is a sustainability consultant with an interdisciplinary background with technical skills from engineering and real-world problem-solving skills from design thinking. Ajay has wide gamut of experience, from working with ground-level NGOs in India to working with international think tanks. His work aligns with his personal goals to be able to enable a better world for all.

At Sustainext, he works as a bridge between sustainability, tech and design to help build the SaaS product the world needs. Outside Sustainext, Ajay loves to travel, play squash, and jam to some sweet blues riffs.

Brinda is a highly skilled sustainability consultant with expertise in ESG reporting and sustainability strategy. With a background in business and finance, as well as an MSc in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris, she has more than six years of consulting experience at VNV Advisory. By leveraging her multidisciplinary skill set, cross-functional knowledge, creativity, and consulting expertise, Brinda helps clients from diverse industries navigate the complex and dynamic world of sustainability. She co-founded Sustainext, a SaaS platform that simplifies sustainability, where she currently serves as the Head of Sustainability Innovation and Consulting.

Brinda is dedicated to simplifying and streamlining sustainability processes, collaborating with a highly accomplished team to develop products and solutions that make data-driven decisions for sustainability, easier for clients.
Outside of work, she is an avid reader and nature lover who is committed to making a positive impact on the world.

As Managing Director at Sustainext, Jeff Sensmeier is responsible for delivering exceptional levels of service and value to clients. In addition to serving his own group of clients, Jeff is building and supporting a team of high-performing Sustainext Partners across the US West Region, including the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Utah.
Jeff is also a member of Sustainext’s Global Leadership team, bringing more than thirty years of international business experience to the team. Jeff has worked for Original Equipment Manufacturers and major Tier 1 suppliers to the Aerospace, Consumer Products, Automotive, Power Sports, and Power Equipment industries. Jeff is recognized for his insights into product development and business strategy as well as his leadership in building and managing high performing marketing, sales, and business development teams. He has experience with International M&A and has worked with executive management and private equity owners to design and execute transformational programs in the areas of growth strategy, new product/service launches, e-commerce, and emerging technology deployment.

Client’s look to Jeff for advice on everything from strategy and digital transformation to operational efficiency through process automation and staff augmentation. His current area of focus is working with business leaders to help them achieve their ESG Goals by leveraging the Sustainext Platform. Danyaal is part of Sustainext’s Global Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for building the Sustainext network across the British Isles and assist organizations achieve their ESG goals by implementing the Sustainext Platform.
Dan has over 15 years of experience holding senior executive positions at bulge bracket investment banks and blue-chip FinTech / Technology companies. Prior to Sustainext, Dan was the Group Head of M&A, Strategy & Corporate Development at FNZ Group – one of the largest technologies and BPO providers to financial services firms across the globe.

Prior to FNZ, Dan spent over a decade holding senior roles in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance advisory divisions at Barclays Investment Bank and HSBC. Dan also holds Non-executive Director positions on the Boards of several UK companies. He is also a frequent panelist at a number of seminars and events at Oxford, Cambridge and Imperial College London
Dan earned his MBA and M.Eng. from Imperial College London and is a CFA charter holder. He currently lives in Sevenoaks on the outskirts of London.

Daniel Vranceanu has over 15 years of experience in leadership and business development roles across Europe, Middle East, and North Africa. Having a global mindset, he managed high scale-projects, business units and areas, being ultimate decision maker and accountable.
Daniel is a people manager and a versatile leader, who led multi-national teams across several locations and integrated cross-functional teams from multiple operations, logistics, procurement, and financial.
With a background in oil and gas and automotive industries, he managed the complexities of meeting high customer demands and timelines, while meeting shareholder expectations. Daniel earned his MBA in General Management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris and has bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Engineering.

He is also PMP certified, since 2020.

Mike Rivera has more than 13 years of experience serving businesses, private enterprises, and government entities in a diverse range of functional areas such as risk management, credit & collection, customer experience, process improvement and organizational excellence. Mike has significant third-party vendor management experience, most recently as VP of Supplier Oversight for Santander Consumer USA.

Mike is also a member of Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Program, assisting the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in their mission of fostering a vibrant economic environment for the Hispanic community, members, individuals, and the greater Fort Worth area.
